The vast majority of Toto Quiz content — including all quizzes, personality assessments, and articles — is freely available without payment. No purchase is required to access and use the Platform's core features. Where you have not paid for anything, no refund can arise.
If Toto Quiz introduces paid products or services (such as premium quiz content, ad-free access, or other features requiring payment), the following refund principles will apply:
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of the transaction, without providing a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) as implemented in Spanish law.
However, for digital content delivered electronically, this right of withdrawal is waived once you have expressly consented to delivery before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
